INDUSTRY
Every X-date worked, before the incumbent renews it quietly.
Every policy carries a renewal date, which means every prospect has a date when they are worth a conversation. Most agencies work the dates they remember, and the aged lead list nobody has time for grows every quarter.
WHERE THE LEADS GO
The places opportunities leak in commercial & specialty insurance.
Aged leads accumulate faster than producers can work them.
Producers chase whoever called most recently rather than whoever is closest to renewal.
X-dates pass unnoticed and the incumbent renews without a competing quote.
THE DATE THAT BRINGS THEM BACK
The recurring trigger.
The X-date is the cleanest recurring trigger in any market we work in: dated, recurring, and sitting on every record you already hold. Reverto works it systematically, so a prospect who said no last year is in an active conversation before this year's renewal.

Common questions.
Does an agency management system follow up with leads?
An AMS records the policy, the renewal date and the client history. It does not start conversations. Follow-up still depends on a producer remembering to act on a date, which is why X-dates pass and aged leads accumulate even in well-run agencies.
What happens to aged insurance leads that never get worked?
They sit. Aged leads typically close at low single-digit rates, so most of a purchased batch is never contacted properly, and the pile grows each month as new leads arrive ahead of the old ones being worked through.
Can an outside service contact our prospects compliantly?
With consent records, honoured quiet hours, opt-out handling and carrier registration for business texting, yes. The practical question for any agency is whether those controls are documented and auditable, not whether outsourcing lead conversations is permitted in the first place.
